Do you take short engagements?

Yes. 4-week architecture audits are a common starting point. They produce a written report and roadmap your team can keep working from independently.

Do you work in person?

Mostly remote, with on-site visits for embedded engagements when it helps. I’m based in Saigon (UTC+7) and overlap comfortably with APAC, Europe and US-West hours.

Will you sign NDAs?

Always, for consulting work. Most of my enterprise engagements are covered by NDA. Process artifacts and architecture documents are available privately on request.

Speaking & guest sessions?

Yes. Topics include AI-native design systems, enterprise UX architecture, identity & permission systems and the future of design-system governance.
